Oxlip Wood is an ancient woodland between Thrapston, Oundle and Corby, a secret and privately owned wood where children aged 3 – 5 can enjoy an exciting and stimulating outdoor play experience.
The Adult leaders are Liz Williams, an environmental educator who works with schools and community groups and Susan Collini who is a Forest School Level 3 Practitioner. Both session leaders hold DBS and First Aid Paediatric certificates.
Sessions will be run between 10 and 11.30 a.m. and include a drink & snack for the children
Total cost for the 4 sessions: £30 for 1 child + adult (£25 for siblings)
All children need to be accompanied by an adult, who will also be involved in the activities. Over 4 weeks the children will be encouraged to develop their awareness, verbal and social skills through interacting with the environment and each other.
